Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

We ship from overseas. Delivery takes up to 15 business days from dispatch, on top of processing time.

We say this plainly because we'd rather you know upfront than be surprised. If you need something faster, we're not the right choice right now.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The total shown at checkout is what you pay, no charges are added afterwards.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to Australia under the low-value threshold don't usually attract additional duties. GST is included in the price shown at checkout where applicable.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to begin updating after dispatch. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the maximum delivery estimate, email us at contact@cleanuv.shop with your order number and we'll investigate. If it can't be located, we'll replace it or refund you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we'll re-ship it once you cover the return postage, or refund the order minus shipping.
